We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with strong commercial understanding and a hands-on approach to lead our Finnish sales teams. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who is eager to shape and develop our market while empowering our people.
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and growing our presence in Finland over the coming years. You will be instrumental in building momentum, driving commercial success, and securing a strong market position - setting the direction for KILROY Finland.
You will be leading our teams in Finland, currently consisting of 11 employees based in our office in Helsinki and Turku, covering both individual and group travel. These teams will be your closest work relations, but you will also collaborate closely with stakeholders at our head office in Copenhagen and with the Sales Management Group representing KILROY’s eight markets.
The Sales Management Group meets approximately twice a year (May & September) in Copenhagen, where leadership and competence development are always central themes.
