KILROY is looking for a commercially driven digital e-commerce specialist who is energized by constantly improving traffic performance and click-through rates on paid media channels and conversion rates on own platforms. You have the confidence and flexibility to work in a cross-market matrix organization. The core of the task is optimizing funnels leading to conversions by mapping the digital customer journey and applying the right tools to smoothen the journey. You’ll be working out of our Copenhagen office across 8 markets to support local marketing managers to reach even higher performance.

 Key responsibilities

  • Optimize traffic performance across paid media (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and through own platforms and channels (like KILROY's websites and email system) 
  • Continuously analyse and improve campaign effectiveness to increase click-through-rates, conversion rates and online sales
  • Identity drop-off points on the funnel and implement improvements to increase conversations and overall ROI 
  • Run A/B tests, track key KPI's and collaborate with UX/Design specialists and product owners to improve user experience on the website
  • Strong analytical eye, with the ability to turn numbers into growth initiatives and clearly shine light on both opportunities and performance 
  • Collaborate with teams across performance marketing, products, content, and tech 

Skills and experience

  • You are skilled in optimizing sales driven campaigns - particularly executing and optimizing campaigns in Meta, Google and TikTok for maximum effectiveness
  • Experience in A/B testing and creating recommendations for adjustment of marketing mix, budget prioritization and creative assets in campaigns  
  • You are confident and knowledgeable in giving recommendations to website product team through data and insights regarding conversation rate optimization and streamlining of user-flows
  • You have knowledge and experience with UX - particularly in terms of identifying opportunities in check-out flows and drop-offs through tools like GA4, Clarity and the like
  • Hands-on experience working in CMS (Umbraco or similar), suggesting and executing adjustments regarding wording, placement of buttons, prioritization of screen real-estate
  • Evaluate and implement AI-tools and tech, working with inhouse product owners or agencies to integrate new features, optimize workflows, and stay ahead of the digital commerce curve
  • Your mindset, attitude and ability to showcase proven results as examples of your skills is more important than a long CV or certain university degrees

Our corporate language is English, so it is no problem for you to engage in complex discussions even if this is not your native tongue. And of course it is a strong plus if you are a traveler at heart and have experienced the positive impact of travelling yourself.
