About the position

We are looking for several Travel Advisors to join our team in Bristol. Working hours are 37.5 per week including weekdays and some Saturdays.

The primary role of a Travel Advisor is to deliver outstanding customer service and plan custom-designed travel itineraries to make our customers' travel dreams come true. The KILROY Way!

You will be part of a team where everyone works with an individual sales budget and goals, while still focusing on teamwork in a customer-centric approach.

About you

  • Have a solid travel experience (backpacking or similar) preferably from various continents
  • Are willing to share your travelling experiences at events – both in-person and virtual
  • Are confident in the job being a sales job
  • Are ambitious and goal-oriented
  • Are responsible, structured, and able to work independently
  • Are committed and willing to go the extra mile when necessary
  • Are good at keeping calm despite hectic days and many tasks
  • Are always eager to learn and develop
  • Are outgoing and with strong communication abilities
  • Like working in a high-performing culture and taking responsibility for your own development

We are looking for

  • Travel experience (backpacking or similar), preferably including several continents and of various lengths
  • Experience working with reservation systems is a plus
  • A track record of accomplishments in sales or customer service experience is preferred
  • Fluent in English – both reading and writing
  • Travel consultant experience is a plus but not mandatory. We provide excellent support and training for all our team members
