About the department

The Customer Support & Ticket Change Department is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers across all of our markets, and assist customers with voluntary date and route changes. As a part of the team, you will take on various customer service and ticketing tasks, such as:

  • Ensuring a high level of service to all customers both via email and on the phone
  • Managing involuntary schedule changes and cancellations
  • Assisting customers with voluntary date and route changes, e.g. booking flights and reissuing tickets
  • Providing our customers with all required information regarding their reservation and travel

About you

We are looking for team players with strong communications skills, and preferably with experience from the travel industry. Most importantly, you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a team with constant development and great demands on efficiency, cooperation and service.

We are looking for new colleagues who:

  • are customer oriented and able to quickly build trust with customers
  • are solution oriented and able to stay calm when customers are experiencing difficulties
  • are flexible and open to change, both in terms of tasks and working hours
  • are team players and enjoys working with a team of people and being a positive team contributor
  • are IT proficient and able to work in a number of systems
  • preferably have knowledge of GDS and/or experience from a travel agency or the airline industry
  • are fluent in English and a language from one of our markets (Nordics + Netherlands)
