Ticketing and fulfilment

KILROY International A/S is looking for a new colleague to our ticketing team with solid knowledge and experience within flight tickets.

 

About the position

The department is responsible for all related ticketing tasks across all our markets and brands. You will assist and support our colleagues with questions related to pricing and ticketing in general.

We are looking for a team player with strong ticketing skills. You work in a detailed and structured way to ensure high quality and enjoy working in a team with constant development and great demands on efficiency, cooperation and service level. 

 

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Issue and reissues of airline tickets
  • Airline ticket refunds and follow up on refund applications in BSP
  • Manage reissues of voluntary and involuntary changes
  • Ensure a high level of service to all colleagues via Zendesk, email, IM and phone
  • Helpdesk regarding pricing, ticketing and systems
  • Handle relevant airline queues
  • Contact suppliers with different ticketing issues
  • Quality control to minimize errors
  • ADM handling

 

We are looking for a new colleague who is

  • experienced ticketing staff in the GDS
  • working in a structured and detailed way
  • flexible and open to changes, both in terms of tasks and working hours
  • solution oriented and able to stay calm
  • a team player, like to share best practices and knowledge
  • IT proficient and able to work in several systems
  • fluent in English and one or more languages from one of our markets (The Nordics, Netherlands, Belgium and Iceland)
