In The Kilroy Group, we are looking for an experienced UX Designer with a focus on user research and low-fidelity design to join our Tech team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric low-fidelity designs that enhance the user experience across our travel brands within The Kilroy Group by working with design systems. At our head office in central Copenhagen, you will spend your days surrounded by people passionate about travel and creating exceptional experiences around the world.

You will become a valued part of our Systems Development team which contributes significantly to the entire Kilroy Group by building first-class web applications for customers and internal sales. Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the product, development, and design teams to develop and maintain a cohesive design system across our travel brands.
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs to communicate design solutions and ensure they meet the needs of our users.
  • Develop and document design standards, guidelines, and best practices for our design system.
  • Continuously iterate on designs to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and team members.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, including product, development, and brand teams.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record within the field
  • Bachelor's degree in design or related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience working in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at our location in Copenhagen.
