KILROY has ambitious growth plans for our Belgian market, and we are looking for a stellar candidate to take the lead on this.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with a solid commercial understanding and a hands-on approach to lead our sales team. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who is eager to develop both our market and our employees. As Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in executing our ambitious growth strategy of tripling our turnover during the coming 4 years including expanding KILROY to a second location and so you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the company’s future.

You will be leading our team in Belgium which currently consist of 7 salespeople, all based in our shop on Sint-Pietersnieuwstraat 105, Ghent. This team will be your closest work relations, however there is much interaction with both stakeholders in the head office in Copenhagen as well as with the Sales management group, representing KILROY’s eight markets. The KILROY Sales management group meets at least twice a year (May & September) in Copenhagen where leadership and competence development always play a key role. In KILROY we believe that a strong leadership focus is the foundation for achieving both business and personal growth together with a high-performance culture.

About the role

As Sales Manager your key responsibilities are:

  • Responsible for and managing local budgets, primarily sales- and staff cost budgets
  • Lead, inspire and develop the team cultivating a growth mindset
  • Ensure a strong high performance culture
  • Ensure individual and team development to support the needs specific to KILROY Belgium
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting initiatives and activities accordingly
  • Grow and develop relationships with key stakeholders in Belgium representing our target audience such as national student unions and similar networks
  • Ensure work safety, motivation, and work happiness in accordance with the company values, policies, and staff guide
