About the position
As Customer Support & Ticket Change Assistant, you will primarily be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to customers across all our markets and assist customers with voluntary date and route changes. You will be working as a part of our central team in Copenhagen and take on various customer service and ticketing tasks.

You are a great communicator, who can communicate clearly and constructively with our customers. Preferably, you have experience from the travel industry, but most importantly, you have a passion for customer service and enjoys working in a team with constant development and great demands on efficiency, cooperation and service.
