What You’ll Do 

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing the marketing strategy in Belgium. In close collaboration with the central marketing team and the local Sales Manager, you’ll develop and roll out campaigns (both online & offline) that strengthen our brand, drive engagement, and ultimately lead to quality leads and online sales. You will do this by driving traffic traffic fromthrough digital channels, paid as well as organic, in an efficient and consistent way.    

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing (in Copenhagen) to manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated efficiently across campaigns, channels, and content. 
  • Executing paid digital marketing campaigns on Meta, YouTube and TikTok 
  • Optimize paid search on Google together with our performance marketing agency  
  • Analyzing campaign performance and continuously adjusting tactics for optimal results. 
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in the travel industry. 
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all local marketing initiatives. 
  • Working with local and central teams on promotions, campaigns, events, and content creation (such as blog posts, videos, and organic social media). 
  • Building strategic partnerships with businesses and influencers to amplify marketing efforts. 
  • Being an active member of the local leadership team, contributing to broader organizational initiatives. 

 

Who You Are 

  • You have experience in marketing (both online and offline), ideally in B2C or within the travel/lifestyle industry. 
  • You’re both creative and analytical, with the ability to translate insights into action. 
  • You understand what resonates with young professionals  andprofessionals and youthful adventurers.You know how to inspire them through compelling storytelling and relevant content. 
  • You’re proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player. 
  • Experience with performance marketing, full-funnel marketing, content strategy, and event marketing is a plus.
