To support this journey, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People and Culture Coordinator who is passionate about learning and leadership development.

You’ll work closely with our Head of People and Culture to run programs that nurture talent, support growth and develop strong, value-driven leaders.

Tasks and responsibilities

As our new People and Culture Coordinator you will:

Collaborate with the Head of People and Culture and local management in anchoring leadership development programs.

  • Support the design and rollout of KILROY Leadership Academy
  • Help plan, schedule and track training initiatives for primarily managers and leaders
  • Work with local managers and stakeholders across markets

Drive learning and growth initiatives

  • Organize workshops, training and masterclasses across our organization
  • Build content on leadership and culture for our LMS platform
  • Collect feedback and evaluate effectiveness to continuously improve our programs

 Support a positive and inclusive company culture

  • Collaborate on initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Help embed our culture and values into development and leadership efforts

Facilitate feedback and performance processes

  • Assist in managing our performance review processes
  • Help ensure employees receive meaningful feedback and support their growth

Support employer branding efforts

  • Collaborate with our marketing team to build and promote KILROY as an attractive employer across markets
  • Assist in creating content and campaigns for social media and career platforms
  • Help bring our people story to life – internally and externally

Working cross markets

  • As part of your role, you will occasionally visit our local teams across Europe to support leadership, culture, and development initiatives
  • You’ll gain valuable cross-cultural experience and help anchor our People and Culture efforts locally

Experience we are looking for

We imagine you might be newly graduated or have some experience - but what really matters is your mindset and motivation.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in HR, Organisational Development, Learning & Development, communication or similar
  • Has some experience (e.g. internship or student job) with HR, Training coordination or people-related projects
  • Is organized, detail oriented, and loves getting things done
  • Is comfortable using digital tools (experience with HR or LMS system is a plus – not a must)
  • Fluent in English – both reading and writing
  • And of course, it is a strong plus if you are a traveler at heart and have experienced the positive impact of travelling yourself.

About the recruitment process

The position is full-time, and the expected start date is October 1st. For the role as People and Culture Coordinator, you will be working from our headquarters but solely for the KILROY brand.
