To support this journey, we are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive People and Culture Coordinator who is passionate about learning and leadership development.
You’ll work closely with our Head of People and Culture to run programs that nurture talent, support growth and develop strong, value-driven leaders.

As our new People and Culture Coordinator you will:
Collaborate with the Head of People and Culture and local management in anchoring leadership development programs.
Drive learning and growth initiatives
Support a positive and inclusive company culture
Facilitate feedback and performance processes
Support employer branding efforts
Working cross markets
You’ll gain valuable cross-cultural experience and help anchor our People and Culture efforts locally

The position is full-time, and the expected start date is October 1st. For the role as People and Culture Coordinator, you will be working from our headquarters but solely for the KILROY brand.
